In response to the demand for offline inspection of burrs generated during the manufacturing process of square-shell core pole pieces, the high-precision optical inspection system and defect intelligent detection AI classification algorithm, combined with a high-precision and high-speed direct-drive motion platform, intelligently detects flat surface burrs and end surface burrs of the pole pieces, replacing manual visual inspection.
